I'm afraid I do not have wonderful recipes for cases like this. 
The problem is that the system tries to start the BGIPFG and the device is not there. Everything is killed due to this.
There are several alternatives of course:
The easiest one is change the configuration but this I will not explain it is better that I show you (If you want tell me when you are available and I can pass by)
The other solution is to start everything by hand in the following order:

/user/biswop/bin/LYNX603_4.0.0/biswLogging.ppc4 &
/user/biswop/bin/LYNX603_4.0.0/abSurvey.ppc4 &
/user/biswop/bin/LYNX603_4.0.0/abTimingTg8.ppc4 tg8_1 -c Init &
/user/biswop/bin/LYNX603_4.0.0/biswTimingUsr.ppc4 &
/user/biswop/bin/LYNX603_4.0.0/wscan_datserv &
